"Sabq Al-Sarayat" disrupts weather stability for 26 days

The AlOjeiri Scientific Center stated that Kuwait is currently experiencing a seasonal overlap as the *Hameem* season nears its end and the **Dhira’an** season begins.

In a press statement, the center explained that the country's ongoing weather instability is due to the transition from one season to another, leading to fluctuating winds, increased wind activity, thunderstorms, and hail.

It further clarified that the current period is referred to as *Sabq Al-Sarayat* (the pre-Sarayat phase). With the *Dhira’an* season beginning on April 2, weather instability and climate changes are expected to persist.

The center also noted that during the *Dhira’an* season, the Sun’s angle increases, allowing for greater air heating, which enhances air current movements. This season is characterized by *strong and unpredictable winds* with varying speeds and directions. Additionally, it includes frequent weather fluctuations and temperature variations, lasting *26 days* and divided into two star phases.
